She looks to be possibly wearing fake eyelashes, as her eyelashes are a bit above her eyes. She has black ears with asymmetrical white markings on each one, which could either be spots or earrings. Cherry is a red dog with teal eyes, a dark gray spot around her left eye, and an off-center mouth (to her left).
